Vegas VIP Club Connection Terms & Conditions

By signing this document, you hereby ac k nowledge that you have read, fully understand, and completely agree to the following terms and conditions. If for any reason you do not agree to the following terms and conditions Vegas VIP Club Connection LLC services will be unattainable.

Vegas VIP Club Connection LLC will not be held liable and assumes no responsibility for any actions of its third party constituents. This includes all vendors such as hotels, casinos, limousines, nightclubs, gentlemen’s clubs, golf courses, restaurants, and tour operators. Furthermore, it is your sole responsibility to deal with any catastrophe on your own. Vegas VIP Club Connection LLC merely provides reservation services for the above mentioned vendors only and is not affiliated in any way with its third party constituents. You are fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs while utilizing the services of VVCC LLC or any of its third party constituents. You are also fully responsible for any additional incidental charges or miscellaneous expenses incurred while in the care of Vegas VIP Club Connection LLC or any of its third party constituents. Vegas VIP Club Connection LLC does not guarantee the services provided by its third party constituents. However, Vegas VIP Club Connection LLC will do its best to accommodate the services requested by its clients.

Vegas VIP Club Connection LLC will not be held liable and assumes no responsibility for the actions of its clients. You are solely responsible for your actions as well as the actions of any and all individuals within your party. Vegas VIP Club Connection LLC will not be held liable and assumes no responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of personal property as well as private property. Any legal action brought against you or the individuals within the group is your responsibility. This includes disorderly conduct, physical or verbal assault, theft, narcotics (including possession, sale, or use) or drug paraphernalia, and vandalism of property.

Vegas VIP Club Connection LLC provides a cancellation policy regarding the following services:

Reservations are non-transferable and are valid only for the principal name and requested date of boo k ing. Vegas VIP Club Connection LLC will not be held liable or responsible for any clients who fail to comply with the rules or regulations set forth by its third party constituents. A proper valid ID stating the legal age of at least 21 years of age is required. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule. Proper dress code is also required. It is the responsibility of the client to meet these requirements. Any questions regarding these requirements should be addressed to Vegas VIP Club Connection LLC prior to any scheduled boo k ings or events. VVCC LLC will not issue refunds in the event a client does not meet these requirements.

Nightlife and Limo Services:

All nightlife and limo reservations will require a deposit of at least 25%, as designated by your booking agent. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance will be subject to a full refund, less a $75 administration fee. Cancellations from 2 to 7 days in advance will be subject to a penalty of $75 for an administration fee, or 25% of total package price, whichever is greater. Cancellations within 24 hours of service will be non-refundable, and any portion of your package beyond $75 administration fee will be subject to credit for future reservation, unless otherwise noted. Please see below for credit use rules and limitations.

Airfare, Hotel, and Car reservations:

Please see terms and conditions listed on website and on your reservation.

Shows, Golf, Tours , and all other services:

Full payment will be due at time of reservation, unless otherwise stated by your booking agent. All shows, golf arrangements, tours, etc are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable once reserved.

General Information:

Prices are subject to change, up to 7 days in advance of date of service. Your reservation may be modified for safety and/or operational considerations. If you fail to appear for your reservation, without cancellation, you will be charged the full price of the package, and it will be non-refundable. Failure to appear at designated meeting time and place without prior contact to Red Carpet VIP may be grounds for cancellation of reservation without refund. In this case, Red Carpet VIP will make all possible effort to deliver service, but with no guarantees. It is client’s responsibility to communicate with VVCC, if they cannot meet predetermined meeting time and place. This disclaimer is subject to change without notice.

Use of Credits:

All credits will remain valid for one year from date of cancelled reservation. No partial credits can be used. Client must use entire credit for one reservation. Client must identify to booking agent that he/she has a credit, at time of requesting package information. Credits cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the City of Las Vegas , Clar k County , and the State of Nevada . Any disputes regarding Vegas VIP Club Connection LLC, its services, its third party constituents, and all law enforcement agencies will be settled and executed in the jurisdiction of the above mentioned districts.

Vegas VIP Club Connection LLC reserves the right to modify its services, along with any pricing, at any time. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
